SYSTEM POLICY ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As Gunes Customs and Logistics Services Ltd., we embrace that continuously improve our quality and to meet customer demands at the highest level as our primary objective.<\/span><\/p>\n

We consider all feedback from our customers as an opportunity for improvement in order to reach higher quality and working performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In line with these objectives, we undertake the following issues in all our activities:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • To determine our quality objectives in line with our mission, vision and strategic objectives, and to perform the necessary work to achieve these objectives,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To continuously improve our service quality in line with the needs and expectations of our customers,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To provide all legal conditions and other requirements that we are obliged to apply during our consultancy processes,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To provide new quality standards to the consultancy service, to increase the efficiency of this service, to follow the technological developments in our field of activity, to adapt in a timely manner and to develop our technologies and projects accordingly,,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To train qualified personnel, who can use initiative and apply the training they have received and who is open to innovations,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To evaluate our “Quality Management System” performance,<\/span>
    \nconstantly measuring and improving our customer satisfaction, with our understanding of service based on our principles of quality and ethical values,<\/span><\/li>\n
