To construct an effective and efficient staff structure with a high sense of belonging by evaluating the results of programs and practices,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; To develop internal communication processes and to ensure that our human resources department acts as a bridge between employees and management.
